HR Development Coordinator

    • Responsible for Talent Management processes, guarantee and coordinate the execution of all processes/procedures, as Career Model development and implementation;
    • Guarantee continuous improvement in all people management processes, applying market best practices;
    • Gain a full working knowledge of each business unit to work alongside leaders and local HR to design effective people management processes;
    • Data Driven, synthetise data (such as employee surveys, people management systems, etc);
    • Ensure the execution/monitoring of the Onboarding plans defined in the Frulact Group;
    • Ensure the successful execution of the entire training process and strategy, aligned with Organization strategy: Needs Diagnosis; Training Plan Conception; Execution; Monitoring and Evaluation;
    • Build relationships with external training suppliers;
    • Monitor all Internships, ensure the contact between Frulact and the external entities;
    • Support the execution of the entire evaluation cycle, ensuring that all phases are successfully completed according to the guidelines;
    • Support the execution of all requests in terms of internal communication in people management processes, ensuring alignment with Frulact’s values;
    • Lead the development team.

Education : University Degree (Human Resources, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or similar); MBA would be desirable. Languages : English necessary, French and German as a plus Information Technologies : Advanced MS user, (Excel, PWP). Professional profile: Minimum experience 5 years in HR Development area role , preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Personal Profile:

    • Data Driven, experience of managing a budget effectively;

Minimum experience of 3 years as Responsible for Cash Management / Cash Forecast in a multinational company, with experience in its implementation / parameterization in SAP environment or integration with SAP being valued. Responsibilities of the Role :

      • Cash Management / Cash Forecast
      • Corporate Risk Management
      • Financial Risk Management (Interest rates, exchange rates – derivatives/hedging)
      • Preparation and monitoring of departmental budget and KPI
      • Financial reporting (departmental) for management, financial institutions, and shareholder
      • Continuous improvement projects (eg parameterization / automation of existing systems, new systems (SAGE, METACASE) Management of financial instruments – Confirming and Factoring
      • Involvement in the Group’s M&A and international expansion projects

    Education : University Degree (ideally Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or similar); MBA would be desirable. Qualifications

      • Exercise of Financial Controlling functions (preparation and monitoring of treasury budget, monitoring of KPI’s, validation of financial documents, etc.), reporting directly to the Manager / Board and with a minimum experience of 5 years;
      • Valued professional experience in international audit / consulting companies ;
      • Experience in the use of financial instruments Factoring, Confirming and foreign exchange risk as Derivatives;
